COVID-19 has changed daily life for everyone, and many businesses have had to change their operations to adapt. With social distancing the new norm, Vivid Lawn has made some changes to the way we're doing business.


While things are changing rapidly, we want to safely provide you with the quality service you have come to expect. Despite the circumstances, we're dedicated to helping you get the healthiest lawn possible.


Here's a quick update for our loyal Customers:


Our office staff is working remotely right now, so the best way to reach us is by chatting with us on our website, or sending us an email at Hello@VividLawn.com. We will check voice messages, but our response may be delayed.


  • If you haven't had your Round 1 Treatment yet, one of our Technicians will be out to do the service within the next 7-10 business days. The technicians are trained in sanitary procedures, and they will maintain their distance throughout the treatment.

  • If you're not comfortable receiving a printed invoice on your lawn, consider signing up for automatic payments to receive digital receipts.

  • You can also prepay for the season to save money and avoid worrying about invoices at all.


We aim to continue to provide a sense of normalcy as you spend time close to home right now. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your home oasis more comfortable.
